Describe scope and conditions

GRADING & EXTERIOR

Inspect walls, flashing, and trim

          grading and vegetation

          retaining walls if affect main structure

Describe eaves, soffits, and facia (trim) (Inspect from the ground)

          doors and windows

          walks, drives, patio, porches and contiguous structures,

           and their railings

GARAGE

      Inspect garage doors and openers

FOUNDATION & STRUCTURE

Inspect sumps, pumps, and lines

      Report absence of smoke detectors

Operate dishwasher through a Normal cycle
